Raw skin is purchased by Mr. Syed Ahmed Ali in Bombay and other parts of Maharashtra, which is then sent to MAdras office for production of leather under the guidance of Mr. Hamza (Leather Technician), and later the leather is sent to garment factory in Bombay managed by Mr. Syed Irshad Ali and to the shoe-upper unit in Madras managed by Mr. Syed Naushad Ali (Footwear Technician) for the manufacture of the respective products.

Our family is so well structured even we mistake it for a business organisation. Each aspect is handled by a family member and every one of us is qualified or experienced in that faculty of trade.

Possibly one of the most weathered skins in the leather trade. 40 years in raw skin, a business that had even so-called large professional organisation burning their fingers. Mr. Syed Ahmed Ali has been the largest supplier of raw skins in the state of maharashtra to almost all major expoters in Madras. Today he has more indepth knowledge of the business than can be held on any microchip.

Another family member is the technical wiz. Armed with the CLRI Education in leather technology and fortified with years in tanning and process experties hands on, Mr. Hamza overlooks and is accountable of the leather quality of our leather finishing division.

The connecting force of the family business, Syed Irshad Ali has learnt the ropes firsthand from the legandary Syed Ahmed Ali and now uses his modern outlook to influence the younger generations in the family.
Syed Irshad Ali introduced his group to leather goods production and specifically has an extremely successful leather garments production since 12 years. With management studies and wide travel exposure all over the world, including all major trade and production fairs, internationally, he is uniquely positioned to lead the business forwards and upwards.

The Technocrat in the family has completed successfully 6 month footwear course at Madras and two years footwear technology from wellingborough collage of footwear technology (U.K.) as well as gain international production experience in England. His two years at shoe manufacturing concerns have earned him invaluable skills and methodologies which he employs to good effect at own shoe-upper manufacturing at Madras.

The elder of the two youngest in the family is a solid production Man, Assisting Syed Irshad Ali in garments production. His own speciality is in leather belts and leather goods that are in demand from blue chip customer, like Mafatlal & Shoppers Stop.

The creative and lively member of the clan beside being a sportsman, has dedicated his early career to learing the craft of shoe desining. A course in this line of business has been completed by him from the CLRI (Central Leather Reasearch Institute). He has assisted Naushad in his factory for 1 year to learn about production. And has 1 year experience in shoe sampling department with the Tejoomals Group a largest shoe manufacturing unit in India at Bombay. Currently he is based in U.S.A. to assist the firm in research and development and marketing of its Products.
